About the Role


As a Flat Roof Technician, you will focus on flat roofing systems, including but not limited to built-up roofs (BUR), modified bitumen, EPDM, TPO, and PVC membranes. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch craftsmanship on a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.


Responsibilities


  • Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems using various materials and techniques.

  • Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess conditions and recommend necessary actions.

  • Safely remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.

  • Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing to prevent leaks and structural damage.

  • Work with insulation, vapor barriers, and drainage systems to enhance roof performance.

  • Apply adhesives, torch-on materials, or fasteners as needed for specific roofing systems.
